The company Sav-tanzit,too Oil Refining, is located in 13 mkr. Kok-Tobe region at the address The main activity of the company is the acquisition, storage and processing of oil to obtain dark and light oil products.

The company was founded on May 2, 2012. In the same year, the first stage of the Raw Hydrocarbon Processing Complex was launched, the refining output is 65 thousand tons per year. In the 4th quarter of 2020, the second stage of hydrocarbon processing was put into operation, with a design capacity of 300 thousand tons per year. In 2024, the third stage of commissioning of the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, with a design capacity of 830 thousand tons per year, is envisaged.
